Paleo Pizza

What You Need:

  • 1 naked pizza crust from Cappellos

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (I like Rao’s Homemade)

  • 1/4 cup Miyoko’s vegan mozzarella

  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 small green bell pepper, diced

  • 2 Tbsp olive tapenade mix

What To Do:

  • Preheat oven to 450*

  • Crumble about a third of the mozzarella onto the crust

  • Spread desired amount of sauce onto crust using the back of a spoon, making sure to evenly spread the previously placed mozzarella as well

  • Add pepper, tomato, remaining mozzarella, and top it all off with the olive tapenade

  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until all cheese has melted

  • Remove and enjoy!
