Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken


What You Need:

  • 8-12 bone in chicken thighs

  • Avocado oil

  • Sea salt

  • Buffalo sauce

What To Do:

  • Rinse chicken & pat dry

  • Place all chicken in large bowl and drizzle with avocado oil & a sprinkle of sea salt

  • Using your hands make sure oil & salt mixture is evenly coated over all chicken

  • Nestle 4 thighs into your air fryer, skin side up (less or more depending on the size of your air fryer)

  • Cook at 400* for 30 minutes

  • When done, remove chicken and coat the top of each thigh with a generous layer of  buffalo sauce

  • Return chicken to air fryer and cook an additional 3 minutes at 400*

  • When done, remove chicken and coat with another layer of buffalo sauce

  • Continue cooking chicken in batches until all thighs are done

  • I served mine with some Whole30 compliant ranch for dipping
